Westway Feed Products has entered into a joint operating agreement with United States Sugar Corp. for the formulation, production and marketing of Suga-Lik feed products. Under the agreement, the existing Suga-Lik feed production facility in Clewiston will remain the site of production. Production plant employees will remain U.S. Sugar employees. The technical manager, operations manager, salesmen, transport personnel and administrative support staff will all become Westway employees. The operating agreement will be under the management of Westway. The products will retain the design formulations and well-established trade names of Suga-Lik and Fully-Fortified Suga-Lik.
